Terms & Conditions

By signing up to our VIP Club you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

• The VIP club is available to those aged 18 and over.

• All membership levels have a minimum contract of 3 months.

• Membership will automatically renew after the 3 month period, unless you cancel in writing.

• Your contract starts on the first date of payment.

• 30 days notice is require to cancel your membership and must be put in writing to hello@thetranquilityhavenbylouise.co.uk

• Payment is taken via the secure payment system Go Cardless on the 1st of the Month.

• Treatments are subject to availability.

• No cash/card refunds will be given.

• Priority booking is given to members.

• My normal cancellation policy applies - if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or don’t turn up - you will lose that months treatment.

• Minimum spend for the discount on treatments is £20.
