Prior to your treatment…

Thank you for booking your treatment at The Tranquility Haven by Louise. I can’t wait to welcome you into my private garden salon — a calming space where you can pause, relax, and recharge.

To help you get the most from your visit, here are a few things to know before you arrive:

Location & Parking

  • My address is 106 Forbes Road, Offerton, Stockport SK1 4HN.

  • What 3 words: ///sticky.comic.bills

  • Parking is usually best on the neighbouring road Kay’s Avenue (off Turncroft Lane), this is less than 1 minute walk from my house.

  • If you need to park closer, please let me know and I can arrange for space directly outside my house.

  • Please note, there is no waiting area.

  • The salon is located in my private garden space. Come down the right side of the house and you will see the salon at the back of the garden.

  • The route to the salon has a few small steps, if you need any assistance, please let me know prior to your appointment

When you arrive for your appointment, please what’s app me on 07568 282477 and I can let you know when I am ready for you.

Consultation Forms

  • Before your treatment, please complete the online consultation forms. These will be emailed to you 24/48 hours before your treatment. This ensures I can tailor your treatment to you and keep everything safe for insurance purposes.

What to Wear

  • Comfortable clothing is best. You’ll be given privacy to change if needed, and towels/blankets are provided to keep you warm and comfortable.

  • You may also be asked to remove any jewellery.

Payment

Aftercare

  • You may feel deeply relaxed after your treatment — give yourself time to enjoy the calm. Drink plenty of water and avoid rushing straight back into a busy schedule if you can.

Most importantly, this is your time. All you need to do is arrive, breathe, and allow me to take care of the rest.
