What to bring:

• A yoga mat if you have one (we do have some available if you don’t have your own)

• Pillow

• Blanket

• Anything else you need to feel supported and cosy

Please arrive 10 minutes before to get settled and comfy.  The door will be locked at the start to allow for complete relaxation with no interruptions.

Bookings for sound baths can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48hours notice.  There are no refunds within 48 hours of the event.

Sound baths are not suitable for those with a pacemaker or in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

MAGPIE COTTAGES & SPA EVENTS

When you get here:

Dale Road is a long road and turns into a farm track. Go past Middle Dale Farm.

Continue along this for approx 1 mile, following the signs for Magpie Cottages and Spa until you see a large stone wall with LOWER DALE written in black.

Drive past the house on the right (Lower Dale Cottage) and you will see some large green metal security gates. You must drive through these green gates to the main car park near the horse dressage arena.

The event at all take place in the “Egg Room” adjacent to Lower Dale Cottage. Walk back through the green gates. Enter via the double garage turn immediately left up the stone stairs.
